Mrs. Reena Pandey, founder and Secretary of Apeksha Mahila Avam Bal Vikas Samiti (AMABVS), established the organization in 2009 with a vision to uplift marginalized communities.
With over 22 years of experience in rural development, she has worked extensively in project management, research, and grassroots social development.
Under her leadership, the organization has advanced work in women empowerment, community health, education, sanitation, sustainable livelihoods, and SHG-based development.
